work work work

heizu is finally back in action!
today is another long day at work, till 1030pm..tiring but learnt a lot of new things today. seriously hope that my heizu mind can store all those information!

went out with my colleagues for lunch today. initially we wanted to go to a shao la dian to eat char siew but to our utter dismay (esp when i have decided what to eat and happily drooling over it), it was closed. so we headed to the curry fish head store and guess what it was too packed!

ultimately we headed to a noodles place selling thai noodles and i ate phad thai!!!! ( i know baizu loves phad thai but don't be too envious of heizu cos the phad thai is NOT nice!) haha, it wasn't very good but maybe because i added too much lime and it was simply too sour. the funniest thing was the service at the place.

boss to waiter: sorry can i have a pair of chopsticks?
waiter: the chopsticks are over at the front. take it yourself.

OH MAN... either they are rude or they are lazy... but the funny thing was the waiter was no waiter at all..he was in fact the boss! but anyway got to try out the vietnamese coffee at the noodle place. vietnamese coffee is real special..too bad i forgot to take a photo of it..

anyway...my weird encounters started way back early in the morning... i was just standing behind a door when a man accidentally pushed open the door and knocked me...

normally in such a situation we would say sorry..but this man actually said, "i beg ur pardon"...i was like stunned for some time..and was staring at him speechless..when did "i beg ur pardon" became sorry? rah!

okie time for me to sleep. need some energy as tm will be my first time doing fieldwork cool! i will jiayou de! tata

Cafe de Tongkla closed....No Chicken Rice!!!

HEIZU!!!!!

Oh yesterday, we went to Far East Plaza...wanting to look for camera since i have just lost mine...long story...very sad story...and also wanting to keep a lookout for CNY clothes...oh yah..CNY is coming soon again...how time flies...we reached Far East quite late since there was a nasty jam just along stevens road before orchard road...the feeling is like "so near yet so far"...anyway, by the time we reached there, the time was already way past dinner time...and to our utmost dismay, our favourite chicken rice stall there in town was already closed...business too good i guess...the chicken is REALLY TENDER AND AROMATIC...it leaves a lingering sweet sensation in your mouth and the "chewability" of the meat is just right...not to hard nor too soft...anyway...our second choice Hainanese Chicken Rice stall was also closed...so we just have to curb our chicken cravings in the end and settled for something like chicken cutlet rice(you may argue it's also chicken but its just not the chicken rice chicken you get it...) Anyway, the cutlet was not bad as well, it comes with an egg, chicken rice and of course, the cutlet...i had teh peng as well...okie...so after that, we just went shopping...went to dunnoe how many shops...and later went to Zara because got SALE(typical Singaporeans....) oh ya...talking about the sale at Zara, it was a disappointing affair to say the least....most of the clothes are limited in sizes (HAHA) and they seemed to be worn before by millions of people... and of course, the stuffs on sale were never appealing as compared to the fixed price items....Thus, we soon left ZARA and headed for home...Wat an un-awarding "shopping" trip!!!

HAPPIE BIRTHDAY TO OUR DEAREST BLOGGIE!!!! the special piece that marks the long journey of a 3 plus going to 4 year relationship between the two cute and lovely pigs (although baizu will once again insist that this piggy relationship has been going on for 5 years, haha)...

maybe a little intro about these two cute pigs...heizu is currently working as an intern while baizu is currently still pursuing his studies..and their favourite hobby is..... **drumrolll.....QUICK GIVE IT A GUESS...

EATING!..(ok maybe it's heizu who influenced baizu...but anyhow anyway they love eating together and baizu is like the only one who can stand heizu who eats SUPER SLOWLY..)

ok it's getting real late...heizu has to sleep or she will have to change her breed to panda le...
